Poor in service
Kadioglu registered six crosses (zero accurate) and three clearances in Wednesday's 1-0 loss against Arsenal. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 82nd minute.
Analysis: Kadioglu didn't have a single accurate cross on the day and he didn't contribute much else offensively. He should be able to rectify that against Sunderland, a team which started well defensively but has given up nine goals over its last five EPL games.
Five crosses in 2-0 win
Kadioglu generated five crosses (three accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 2-0 victory versus Burnley.
Analysis: Kadioglu attempted five crosses and completed three. He is also only one set-piece behind being the top set-piece taker for Brighton this season. He created three chances but was unable to start his tally of goal involvements this season.
Eight crosses in draw
Kadioglu generated two shots (one on goal), eight crosses (zero accurate) and three chances created in Tuesday's 2-2 draw versus West Ham United.
Analysis: Kadioglu set a season high with his eight crosses in the match, while this was the sixth time this season that he sent at least five. His three chances created also marked a season high, and he is up to six over the last four games. Additionally, his shot on target was his first in six appearances.
Busy in loss
Kadioglu recorded one shot (zero on goal), four crosses (zero accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 2-0 loss against Liverpool.
Analysis: Kadioglu was busy going forward, as he usually is, but couldn't find any end product during Saturday's loss. The winger has shown plenty of potential going forward as a creator and finisher, but it was a tough day for Brighton throughout. Kadioglu should have more upside against lesser teams in the league, especially if he maintains a role further up the pitch.
Back in starting XI
Kadioglu started three straight matches for Brighton for the first time since last November, confirming he is back to full fitness.
Analysis: Kadioglu began the season as a substitute as he needed to regain competitive fitness after a long spell out with a toe injury. The left-back has now fully recovered and started the last three matches for the Seagulls, completing 90 minutes in two of them. Kadioglu has been solid defensively with nine tackles and 14 clearances in the last four games.
