Weiss got the start during Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Cardiff City in the Carabao Cup.

Analysis: Weiss was brought in as the backup in Burnley, and backstopping a loss to lower-league opposition is going to keep him in that role. It was a day to forget for the goalkeeper. He will only play in the Premier League if Martin Dubravka goes down with an injury.
