Gives up own goal
Heaven recorded an own goal, one shot (zero on goal) and one cross (zero accurate) in Wednesday's 2-2 draw against Burnley.
Analysis: It's hard to fault the defender much for the own goal as it came off a deflected cross but it nonetheless had a huge impact on the final score. Heaven has a tough matchup against Brighton looming should he see the field, as the Seagulls have 31 goals in 21 EPL games so far.
Stacking impressive performances
Heaven had one tackle (zero won) and eight clearances in Friday's 1-0 victory versus Newcastle United.
Analysis: Heaven matched a team-high Friday with eight clearances and was credited with a clean sheet as Manchester United held Newcastle at-bay in a 1-0 home victory. After making just two appearances (zero starts) across Manchester United's first 13 league fixtures, the promising teenager has started in each of their last five league matchups. Across the five-start stretch, Heaven has impressed by averaging 7.6 clearances and one block per appearance.
Struggles in league debut
Heaven registered five clearances in Thursday's 1-1 draw against West Ham United. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 8th minute.
Analysis: Heaven had a difficult first Premier League start of the season, struggling defensively and picking up an early yellow card after a late tackle. He finished with five clearances before being substituted at halftime for Leny Yoro.
Provides assist off bench
Heaven assisted once to go with zero corners and one chance created in Saturday's 4-2 win over Brighton.
Analysis: Heaven came on as a substitute for the first time since late August and helped maintain United's attacking threat in the closing stages. He completed three dribbles and won a key foul near the final whistle that led to the winning goal. Heaven provided his first career assist for United in stoppage time to set up Bryan Mbeumo in perfect position to score.
Fit for bench
Heaven (undisclosed) is on the bench for Sunday's match against Liverpool.
Analysis: Heaven went down with a knock during the international break with the England U21s, but is making his return to the team sheet Sunday, with the defender immediately finding his way back to the bench. He will likely remain in a depth role moving forward and not see major playing time, only appearing once off the bench for three minutes this campaign.
Picks up knock
Heaven suffered an injury while playing with the England U20s during the international break, according to manager Ben Futcher, per Katherine Walsh of The Sun. "He picked something up. I don't think it is too serious, but we will have to see how it settles down."
Analysis: Heaven looks to have picked up a knock while serving with the England U20s, going down in the first minute before he eventually was subbed off at halftime of Friday's match due to the injury. This is a rough development for the defender, who was trending to be involved in their next match, as the defender has only appeared once for three minutes all season, mainly going unused. The good news is that after playing the rest of the first half, his issues appear to be minor, potentially still leaving him as an option to face Liverpool on Sunday.
