Wins penalty off bench
Uche had one tackle (one won) in Saturday's 4-1 loss to Leeds United.
Analysis: After back-to-back Conference League starts in which he scored in both games, Uche made another Premier League appearance off the bench and contributed by winning the penalty that produced the team's only goal. He has yet to start a league match since joining from Getafe but could earn the opportunity if he maintains this form.
Joins Palace on loan
Uche has been loaned to Crystal Palace from Getafe, according to his new club.
Analysis: Uche is going to depart Getafe for the season, leaving them without their top forward, instead testing his legs in the Premier League with the Eagles. He was a regular last season with his 30 starts in 33 appearances, recording four goals and six assists in just over 2,500 minutes of play. He is versatile and can play throughout the attack in numerous roles likely to earn him decent time while on loan.
